Assistant Teacher
Ms. Vanessa started off her career working as a paraprofessional in a private preschool school. After two years, she worked as the lead teacher in that same classroom. Ms. Vanessa earned a Registered Behavior Therapist credential and began working with children and adults on the autism spectrum and other behavioral disorders at a center-based autism center for 6 years. There, she used Applied Behavior Therapy (ABA) with children of various ages to aid in school readiness, potty training, proper social interactions, safety training, and daily task completion. Ms. Vanessa joined the Exploring Minds Montessori family as an Associate Teacher in 2023 at our Valley Glen Campus.
